If you’re an avid Addapp user and you spot bugs and feedback often, we’ve probably met before. Hi! I am Judith, the community & support manager of Addapp. Together with some of my fantastic colleagues, I am always ready to listen to your feedback, comments and complaints.
And that’s what I would love to show you, what your input means to us & what we do with it.
We’re all about listening to you
We are building Addapp, for you to use and to love. So whatever problem or idea you have, small or big, we’ll always listen, examine it and treat it as if it can change the world. Because it can change the world. Our world.
We love your complaints
One thousand pairs of eyes see more than twenty pairs of eyes. When you encounter a problem with Addapp and let us know about it, you give us a chance to correct it and prevent other users from suffering the same problem.
Every day I am surprised how the smallest complaint might reveal the biggest bug. After the launch of our new version, a couple of users pointed out that their ‘You haven’t tracked your … in … days’ insights were wrong. Thanks to those messages, we discovered a problem with data we’re pulling in from Apple Health and Jawbone that was affecting a big part of our user base, and we were able to correct it immediately.
Your suggestions & ideas in action
But what makes me happy everyday? Your ideas and suggestions. Seeing those in action and building Addapp together. In the coming weeks we’re going to implement some new insights that are based on feedback we got from you, our users.
Have you ever wondered how far you actually walk or bike? Do you want a visual picture of that distance? We’re introducing personalized location activity insights:
“This month you walked the great Wall of China”
“You biked across the globe last month.”
Thanks Nicoló S. for sharing this lovely thought!
2. Event-Related Personalized Insights
How do you compare to a professional boxer during a recent boxing match? How fast did your favorite cyclist go in his latest Tour De France and how does that compare to you?
“Mayweather would have taken around 11000 steps during his fight with Pacquiao with his heart rate rising up to 95%MHR. That estimate is double your daily steps and a higher heart rate than you achieve during 80% of your workout.
Thanks Stephen Blyth for this amazing suggestion!
3. Monthly Trend Insights
How did you perform this month? On track with sleep, activity, nutrition..? Let us tell you!
“In September you ran 15 miles more than usual and as a result you slept an average of 6 hours extra a week.”
Thanks Mano Patavos for this brilliant idea!
Don’t hold back
We really love every piece of feedback you provide us, whether it’s a complaint or an idea. All your input makes Addapp better and is therefore highly appreciated. We want to build Addapp together.
We’re very easy to reach. You can always e-mail us, tweet us, Facebook us, or contact us through the app (‘Send us Feedback’ in the settings). We’re only one fingertip away.
