An insight can be broken down into four sections.
We look to help you understand your data and deliver insights and action points to get you striding purposefully towards your full potential.
From your perspective, receiving insights couldn’t be simpler. All you need to do is connect the apps you’re already using and then you’ll start receiving insights right away (once we’ve analyzed your data, of course).
Behind the scenes there is a lot of work that goes into making each of your insights.
Once you connect your apps we can see which metrics you have data for (for example: steps, deep sleep, running pace or time in bed), then we see which insights apply to you – maybe you have steps and sleep data – this means we can show you insights based around sleep and activity.
Did I mention we hand make every insight you’ll see? At the moment that’s around 350 insights (you’ll receive only the one relevant to you and your data), with more being added every day. Here’s a quick introduction of who’s creating your personalized insights.
It very important to us that everything we do has a human touch and is created by someone who really knows what they’re doing when it comes to health, fitness and well-being.
