“I’m too busy” is by far the most common excuse we use to avoid exercising or eating well.

When we say we don’t have enough time, what we really mean is “I don’t have enough time for that”. 

If we were to add up all the time we spend watching Netflix, surfing the web or playing on our phones throughout the average week I’m sure we could find a little extra time for a workout or to prep our meals a bit better.

Pillow vs. Fitbit: Sleep Tracking Head to Head

During my 17.5-hour train ride from the Bay Area to Portland, I tested new-to-me devices and put them head-to-head with my usual ones. While using them to track my various wellness metrics, I considered accuracy, user interface, ease of use, features, and intuitiveness.
