The Skulpt Aim is a small device that measures your body fat quantity and your muscle quality.
With more 12 sensors on the back, Skulpt Aim promises to measure your overall fitness in just a few minutes. You make the sensors wet, indicate on the device which muscle you want to measure, place the device there and that's it.
I was stoked when I laid my hands on a Skulpt for the first time. While training to run a Half Marathon, I get even more hooked to it. It's extremely easy in use: you select which muscles you want to measure, you make the sensors wet, you place it against that muscle and the lights will indicate after 5 seconds wether your measurement was successful or not. You can even take the Skulpt Aim with you under the shower because it's waterproof. Handy!
Your results get transmitted over Bluetooth to your smartphone and you'll get a very easy to understand overview how fit your body is and your progress.
Biggest downsides of the Skulpt Aim are that you don't get explanations or tips to improve your muscle quality and reduce your fat percentage and you need to know yourself how your muscles are called.
